Most of us have bad habits we’d like to break, or at least try to break. The Pavlok Shock Clock and Wristband can help with training yourself to wake up without hitting the snooze button a bunch of times. While Pavlok does make a wristband for you to use for other habits, this particular wristband only includes the alarm features without a manual zap.
This alarm clock style wristband has three modes: vibration only, vibrate then zap, and zap only (including multi-zap). The beep, vibration, and zap functions are all adjustable from 0-100%. As with an ordinary alarm clock, you can snooze and turn off the device either via the wristband or the smartphone app. All of the other Pavlok features such as the manual zap are disabled, but you can upgrade the Shock Clock by emailing Pavlok support.
The Shock Clock comes with a free alarm clock app which you can use to schedule alarms and download them to the device in case of signal loss.
